New here - obsessing over fitness but having a hard time
Hey there,
glad that my account got activated finally
Let me introduce myself really quick. I am a 27 years old guy from Europe, I am around 185 cm (I think that's around 6'1) and 65 kilos unfortunately.
That one kilo I gained through force feeding myself for the past 2 weeks, still weak result if you ask me.
I have been trying to gain weight like forever on and off and then giving up since it seemed just impossible. Then I started to actually counting my calories and found out I was eating too few cals. Now eating 2800 cals for around 16 days everyday and it's hard man (also STILL not REALLY gaining wieght).
I know I prolly have to eat more, but some guy told me "dude you should prolly get your T levels checked and just hop on T, I do it, it's easy and you will bulk up eventually." --- well well..
So yeah that's just me, ranting about my metabolism and having issues with eating a lot and just simply gaining weight.
Cheers,Last edited by Skinnyboy1; 09-13-2017 at 08:32 PM.

Welcome to the site. Eat big to get big. Choose more calorie dense foods that done fill you up as much to make up the calories. Carbs are great for that. Brown rice is easy enough to get down you
