    Greets all!

    There's a tremendous amount of very useful info on this forum. I'm happy to be a part of it.
    I'm a 60 yr old male recomping from over 2 years of injury recovery. I'm new to the "supplement" world and this site is one of my go to information sources. I don't want ignorance to do harm to myself.
    Body building has been a part of my life on and off since the age of 14. I'm just now getting serious. :-)
