Alright there my names Darren i'm 31 and just started my second cycle, originally i started on an all deca 300mg cycle due to a friends recommendation but since reading posts on here ive now added test. my last (first) cycle didnt go to well i was lazy and lost all my gains. I would like to know is it best to workout each set to muscle failure, as im not too strong and it doesnt take long for me to lose my form, so do i lift heavy and do little or go lighter to achieve more reps? any help appreciated
