Whats goin on everybody. My name is Rob, I just moved to Memphis Tn. Im 31. I got back into MMA training and weightlifting about 2 months ago after a very bad injury in 2009. Most people don't know it unless they've been in the sport awhile, but 95% of the fighters juice. Ive lost quite a bit of time, for technique, wind and size even though Im fairly solid, and my 205 weight class is absolutely beast, so im just looking to be able to fairly hang with the rest. Not do it forever but again catch up ya know? Yea so Im open to learn, humble, wanna make some friends that I could link up with for the long run and be set up for success.
