    New guy from Texas

    I’m 6’2” and currently 223lbs at 28% BMI. I finally got a schedule that made sense and got back in to the gym last month. I’m just here for general knowledge in eating, stacks, and working out.

    Honestly I was kinda surprised it was 28%. Thanks everyone for the welcome. After doing some research and being committed to doing it right this time, I decided to schedule an appointment with a TRT PA. I figure worse case scenario I’ll have someone that can help me keep track of my levels.

    Is honesty the best policy when dealing with a doctor in this field?
