G'Day & 2nd Cycle advice

Hi guys,

39 year old newbie from Australia here. Been training inconsistently for about 6 years. 6ft, 92kg, 16% body fat.

I've done one 12 week cycle of Test E which finished at the end of April this year. I didn't run a AI during and my PCT wasn't good I later found out. I was given Nolvadex and Clomid.
Apparently I was suppose to take 2x Nolvadex a day and I was only taking 1. Despite this I had no major sides. Some chest, shoulder and back acne and lack of labido afte coming off the Test E.

I'm currently taking SARM's S4 1mg twice a day and LGD 1mg once a day. This cycle will finish in about 3 weeks. I have nolvadex left over which I'll use for a mini PCT.

I'm looking for advice on my second cycle please champs.
I was going to run Test E again but thinking of shortening the cycle to 10 weeks and adding DBol to maximise those 10 weeks as from what I understand Test takes several weeks to even start working.

I want to stick to the only add one compound per cycle to see how your body reacts rule but in saying that if there's a better option than DBol I'm open to suggestions.

The other questions I have in regard to my second cycle are first off how long should I wait after the SARM's PCT to start? Is it the same rule for Anabolic cycles? Which I believe is cycle plus PCT equals time off?

Also recommended dosing, DBol would only be run 4 weeks?
Liver support?
AI and PCT?

Oh and my goal is body recomposition or lean gains.

Would run the dbol at 50mg per day for 4 weeks liver support NAC and milk thistle.

Time off = time on plus pct
AI .25 mg eod
Hcg @ 500iu per week (250iu every 3.5 days)
Pct clomid 75/75/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20

Would I only need to run the liver support for the 4 weeks I'm running DBol?

So just confirm the Time off = Time on + pct is the same after SARM's?

.25mg of what as a AI? Also shouldn't I only take a AI if I start to show signs of gyno?

I thought HCG was used during PCT?

Welcome and you always run a ai on cycle IMOP start with 40mg Dbol work your way up.Come to questions and answer section for questions bro.
