    New guy on the block

    This is just an intro. 45 years old, 5'9", 215lbs, guessing bf 15-20%.
    Currently on TRT RX by Dr.
    Been lifting seriously for a little over 2 years but off and on for 10. If I knew I was going to live this long I would've been a whole lot easier on my body. Lol
