Body type: Meso with abit of endo.
I have a good deep passion for training, I suffer from depression and anxiety on a daily basis also.
I guess I'm not really sure what I'm looking for here but I'm hoping for abit of honest insight on mental health when it comes to motivation for training/dieting daily, mentality going into workouts? Self doubt ? Low self esteem and lacking confidence? I train to break mental barriers, the body can take a fucken trashing if your mind allows you too.. How do you guys get into the "zone"
