Friend told me about this site after I decided I wanted to start taking something to help increase my size and strength. Never used anything before and finally decided its time. Just looking for advice on types of stuff to take, how much and good brands to use.

I’m 38 years old. I’m 6’-2” and weigh 210. I’ve been lifting for more then 15 years now. About 2 years ago I started eating the Paleo lifestyle. While this greatly reduced my body fat I still found myself lacking strength and size. I have one friend who currently uses and I have a general idea of what and how much cost is involved to get started.

Hey Guys , I am a former Pro Ball player and now that I am done playing ball I am just trying to get my degree at LSU. I am 22 Years old and I am trying to gain 20-25 lbs. I am 6ft -165lbs and id say i am a pretty fit dude. I am just trying to gain some extreme muscle mass. I am open to anything but i also want to be safe and want to try a lab/company that is legit.. Please let me know your suggestions.. Looking too be around 190-195.
