Naive, ignorant, but determined to learn
Hello!
I have almost no knowledge about steroids, or even body building in general. I have worked with a personal trainer for about two and a half years, lifting weights five to six times a week fairly religiously, and mixing in cardio. I started out nice and small at a solid 125 lbs, 10% body fat. Now I’m about 163, 13% body fat. I’m not at my natural limit yet, but it’s never too soon to start researching steroids and learning from people starter than I.
