Hey y’all!
So I have been lifting for roughly 10 years and have fluctuated from 215lbs to 355lbs and am now trying to find a happy medium. I am 69.5” tall and roughly 285lbs and I would guess maybe 30-35%BF. In haste I found a source and made a purchase. I fully regret doing that before finding this site. So I’m going to throw that stuff to the side and spend sometime here for a while...

Good decision. Look at the stickys relating to diet and training. All sorts of programs that you can follow. From bodybuilding, powerlifting and conditioning. Just to mention a few. Welcome
