    New Here

    Good afternoon!

I'm a 28 year old engineer/organic market farmer looking to get back in the game. Life for the last few years has been busy and frankly I've been pretty lazy as business took priority and I let my fitness take a backseat.

My history in weightlifting/body building isn't anything prolific but the physical nature of manual labor has kept my strength at a reasonable level. Max bench is 285, Max Squat is 315, and I couldn't tell you what my max dead lift is.

Physical stats aren't impressive, I'm 5'11" and I'm clocking in at a consistent 231lbs (approx 20-25% bf) so the vast majority of my time here will be stalking the diet section to get back down to my base before I make any moves.

Gear history is only one cycle of test about 6 years ago so I'm sure I'll have questions in the future.

I look forward to hearing from you guys!

    Thanks,

    FMF

    Welcome !

I'll say that what you stated above in bold is a wise move and something you don't hear new members say often enough when joining.. Rather they say "how can I get some Tren to take for my first cycle" (dumb asses)

Welcome to the forum. I use different food income trackers to keep a closer eye on my intake. On the q&a section there was a formula i had seen to see what your caloric intake should be, although it does vary from person to person.
