    Hello

    Hi my name is Paul.

    I used to enjoy lifting and have very recently gotten back into the gym. I'm looking forward to receiving some guidance and providing others with some help.

    I live in the province of Ontario Canada. After my Army experience I worked in Automotive Production for years, then in my 30's I went back to school for my nursing degree. I now work as a Nurse and really enjoy the profession.
