Never used stroids before, sus tren dbol cycle

Hi I’m looking to do my first ever cycle. I have never used steroids before.
Age 37 65kg and about 5.8 in height would say in a skinny fat build.
I have sus 250
D bol tables 10mg
Trenbolone enanthate 200
Clomid and nolva
These are is the only things he supply.so I can’t get anything else

I was going to take
1ml of sus weeks 1-5
1ml of tren weeks 1-5
D bol 20 ml per day weeks 6-7
1ml tren 6-10
1ml sus 8-12
Then start taking clomid 4 weeks
That’s just what my mate told me to take but he hasn’t don’t it himself. Could anyone give me some advice or better ways to take it. Thanks

Sorry, I’m just waiting for the comments to pour in about using so many compounds on your first cycle and the thought of whoever gave you advice on taking all that your first time.

My suggestion, just run the Sust 250 for 10-12 weeks and make sure you have your PCT lined up and an AI on hand Incase of gyno problems.

Tren is very harsh and can be unforgiving for the inexperienced.

Just taking test for your first cycle, you will blow the fudge up on that alone. With each and every cycle after you will gain less and less. That is why you wait to use more powerful compounds later down the road. You don’t want to show your best cards to early in the game.

Secondly, Tren is difficult to recover from post cycle. So you will need to be experienced enough to know how to recover or you will lose all your gains and feel bad.

4-500 a week is what most do with Sust. But you need to inject every other day or every third day with it to keep your levels stable. Because it is a mix of short and long acting compounds. There is a number of educational threads for first time users. It is all laid out there. You follow that and you can’t go wrong.

Also, get your blood work before you start so you know your natural baselines. So you want to do a male hormone Panel that includes. LH/FSH total T, Free T and SHBG.
