    New looking for trt advice

    Hello- new to site and looking for advice on TRT or some other method of getting that strong young feeling back again. I'm 38, 5'4 about 215lbs. Past 5 years I've noticed I don't have that killer drive anymore, loss of strength, gain fat etc. I had a Testosterone test done and was told I'm normal. I asked what that means by normal because what's normal for someone else might not be normal for me. I'm still waiting on that answer. If I can't get TRT what else could I do?

    I'll tell you from personal experience. If you want help in this category. Youll need to post your lab results. A lot of guys who know how to help. Post your BW...Diet is also a huge factor.
