    Cool Hello from Florida

    Just wanted to introduce myself. I have found this to be the most active forum on the subject with tons of information. Every time I hit the gym I learn something new and I'm hoping to do the same here. I've came a long way and look forward to more gains. I started at 250lbs with average strength...

    Funny you say that. Did you live in the southern part? I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area and looking at opportunities to move North or even out of the state. Quite frankly I've had enough of this place. The weather year round is unbeatable, but the people, well that's another subject.
