Hello all new member here
About myself,male,43 years of age,been lifting off and on for about 18 years, always been natural,the past year tho I noticed I'm staying sore longer, bulking has become harder, and then losing the excess weight has gotten hard as well,joints hurt etc,so I'm missing more workouts wich sucks the most because it's something I really do love, so long story short too late I know, looking for advice on first cycle and what to take post etc,I have done some research but it seems the more I research the less I know at times lol,so I've come looking for sound advice from those with experience, thank you all so much for your time,live in Pennsylvania btw.
