    Hate getting so old

    Ok who can help and can provide some suggestions? I am 5,7 201 pounds not in bad shape but too heavy. I am in ok shape I work out martial arts etc.
    the last five years I have had two hip replacement and last year a rotor cup tear with a biceps tear while lifting with my son.
    I don't do much cardio anymore due to the hips I have gained 35 pounds and it needs to go.
    Two years ok I tried growth hormone , winstrol and test. I wanted to lean out but instead i gained 20+ pounds. I got big and strong I want to be lean not big.
    I am thinking on trying some Clem, Anavar and winstrol.
    Some suggestion are appreciated.

    Welcome, how old are you? That's a huge factor. Especially with gear, and even more so with Clen and Winstrol .
