    Newbie trying to learn

    43 yrs old
    U.S.A
    6’0
    200 pounds

    Lifted on and off since high school. Lifted regularly for the last 5 years. Due to a car wreck I have two shoulder surgeries in the last 20 months with each shoulder having repairs done.
    I am trying to learn more about orals and the cycle needed.
