Hello.
New member here. Going to start off saying. I have kids. So sleep is lacking along with stress levels high. Also moderate alcohol use. 23 years old. Haven't trained in over a year. Looking forward to getting everything back on point. Going to ask for help in both diet and training before I even think of anything else. But wanted to join this forum do to wanting my future to have better options as I grow. Want to just find a routine I can get started on. Going to use this forum as my platform of growth. (Also youtube channels. Mainly for entertainment.)
