Help to re set
Hello everyone I have not been in the gym in a long while was just wanting advice on the quickest way to get lean and and ripped.Im slighty overweight now and body fat a little high but everyone says I don't look fat any suggestions appreciated

P90x and hard work. Do it natural man. Follow it and it melts the fat off quick. Like 90 days lol.

Welcome. Lots of cardio or hiit.. aas isn't for you if your bf is high and will only complicate things. Get your training and diet in check
