New Here Male/30yr/ I have questions.

Hey everyone. Been on the site for about 6 months or so now. Reading lots and trying to learn as much as possible.

Quick stats.
5’10.5” tall
187.3lbs am
30 years old

I just finished my first cycle. 10weeks testCyp 500mg/week. I want to run TRT(bridge) for about 4-5 weeks then blast test Cypionate at 750mg/week for another 12weeks.

I’m not sure what dosing I should use for the 4 weeks of TRT(bridging). Also I was using .25mgs of arimidex 2x a week while on cycle. I guess what I’m wondering is if I still need A/I for the 4 weeks I’m gonna run lower dose?

I got blood work done pre and mid cycle. I just don’t really know how to read the results so I was hoping someone could help me with that. I’ll try to post pics of my blood work.
Anyways, I really appreciate the effort the experienced guys put into this website, to try to help everyone out. Thanks in advance to anyone putting there 2cents in.
