So glad to be part of the community!
I'm fairly new in being active on the forums, but I've read through countless threads over the years. I'm 28 and have been actively lifting for about 8 years (ups and downs, of course). Current stats are about 198lbs, 6' 0", and maybe 15% bf.
I've done 2 test cycles, one with dbol. I'd say I've kept 15 to 20 pounds of gains over time through hard work, eating a ton and the 2 cycles.
I'm definitely not the most knowledgeable as many on here.. but I always look to improve in wisdom and helping others. Thanks guys and gals.![]()
