    hey people,my name is Frank,I'm 43,6' 195lbs about 10%bf ive been lifting the better part of 20 years. never been an all out bodybuilder or power lifter,but i was always motivated to learn and apply.I studied kinesiology[informally]as well as a personal fitness trainers textbooks and Arnolds Encyclopedia,Dave Drapiers BROTHER IRON,SISTER STEEL,etc.. I have alot of knowledge,but very little when it comes to gear,thats not to say i didnt try getting it,just never did,and thats probably a good thing,considering my age at the time. Ive come here in search of advice,and some guidance. Ive finally decided to go to a local mens clinic that my homeboy is going to. seems they got no problem running a fella up to 1000ng. as i understand it,that puts weekly doses at 200mgs of cypionate /week. as i also understand it,a typical cycle is around 500mgs of cyponate/week. my question is;can i cycle up to that range for say 12 weeks,then come back to the 200mgs/week? is there a protocol for this?
    i plan on doing the initial BW and consultation in about two weeks,and posting my preTRT results as i get them. and my plan is to work WITH the doc to get"optimized",then im gonna tell him that id like to get some gear to supplement the trt.

    any feedback or advice would be appreciated.
