    Hi everyone.
I'm a 20 year old spanish guy trying to do some research for future use of gear. I train as a powerlifter but also like to do some trail running. It's not easy and I don't progress as much in any of the sports, but I just do it for fun. Maybe AAS can help me with recovery and boost a little bit my performance.
Hope to learn from you and get good advise so when I start using (a couple of years from now) nothing goes wrong.

I have zero previous first hand experience with AAS so take it with a grain of salt, however I have done quite a bit of reading in the topic you might still be too young in a couple of years unless its medically supervised

Yeah, so I read... I am just going to learn as much as possible and eventually will make a final decision. I think if that's really an issue there's plenty of time to chage my mind.
