Noob here trying to learn

Hi all,

I want to introduce myself, I am 31years old had been strength training for roughly 5 years then a car accident took me out of commission about 4 years ago, just restarted training about a month ago.I currently weigh 185lbs with about 15%body fat at 6 feet tall.

I have been snooping around this forum for a few years now doing some reading, I don't plan on running any cycle for at least another 6 months maybe more.

I have zero previous experience with AAS and understand that they can be very taxing on the unsuspecting noobs like myself.

I am currently in the process of getting my diet to a point and getting back to the original strength before the accident. However, even at my best I have never been able to gain any significant size on my arms, (bis specifically), chest, abs, legs, back, and tris I used to be happy with.

I eventually want to run an anavar only cycle as i don't want to mix too many compounds for the first cycle. My goal is to get to 195lbs and 7 to 8 percent body fat.

I would appreciate any advice from some experienced members
