Work as a tradie and have been training for 16 years now (started when I was 15 then starting taking it seriously for periods from about 21)
Am currently coming off my first ever cycle and am researching my next one, so I thought this would be a great forum to join to get some good answers.

I tried to write the whole cycle in detail but spam software was blocking me.
Started at 77kgs (169lbs)
Am now 92kgs (205lbs).
Big gains.
