I'm new to this forum, I have been in this lifestyle for 6 years after overcoming my lowest points in life in highschool. I suffered drug addiction, bullying, and overall a very negative outlook on life which was minutes from taking my life at one point.
Currently just turned 23 and have ran 2 cycle in the last year and a half and will be doing another one leading into the competition season.
Stats are
5'7
180 lbs
8- 10% bodyfat based on inbody testing after fasting for 20 hours.
I train to have a good physique but increase overall performance and functionality.
I compete at a national level and am looking to add some quality size during this next year to place where I would like on stage.
I also work full time as a supplement specialist and nutritionist in the states.
I am knowledgeable about gear, nutrition, training, and dietary supplements but always enjoy
1. Spreading knowledge
2. Increasing my knowledge from other mentors
