I am a little freaked out right now.

I am 49 yrs old, 6'1", 270 lbs. Now that all that is out the way..What now?? I just don't know what to do now. I'm afraid of doing something stupid and getting booted or making a serious mistake and it sitting me back from my goal. Like right now, I don't know if I should be on the Q&A area of this site, or if this is acceptable. I hope someone will take me under there wing and give me some guidance. I am ready to shut up, listen, and learn. Thanks to everyone who make this site possible.

What do you mean, "what now?" What are your goals?
You aren't going to get booted from the forums for posting in the wrong area.
Are you struggling with anxiety? Not trying to be a d!ck ( I have depression and anxiety) just trying to figure out why you're freaked out
