Just saying hi
Whatsup all, just registered and wanted to post and introduce myself. I'm 28, been lifting ever since I stopped swimming after college. Had a lot to learn at first, though, so I'd say I've only been really seriously lifting for 2-3 years now. Thinking of doing my first cycle down the road after I have a bit of a more solid foundation... For now though, just on the forum to learn as much as I can!

Hey welcome dude. Also just joined and also used to be a swimmer. I find it super difficult now that I've got more muscle mass though - It takes a lot more effort to stop from sinking!

Ha! I'm not there yet, still pretty lean. But better than when I was in college, I was stick thin.
