    Hello, I am new here and want to thank you all for having me. I been away for a while due to having identical twin boys, so I'm back and looking to learn and stay around here a bit.

    Dude I don't know how you survive with newborn twins, let alone keep lifting - we just had our second (oldest is 2.5) and that's hard enough! Welcome.
