Hello fellow gym addicts!
Hi All, I have seems this forum many times along my journey, have been training for 7 years since the age of 20. It’s hard to keep a good routine due to working 60 plus hours a week but I Dont let that stop me, Have ran two cycles and just started my third. I have done a lot of research and feel I can help others not make the same mistakes as me! Jumped into my first one after only a year of training and didn’t even know what a pct was, Here to help others and of course learn as much as possible
