Newbie with aspirations.
Hello everyone!
I've been training for about a year now and I've been getting very serious about hitting the gym and I'm currently on a 6-day routine.
I lack a gym partner and sometimes proper guidance since there is an overwhelming amount of information on the internet, but I feel that finding this forum will help me out a lot.
Hopefully, I can learn from all of you that have many years of training under your belt and get advice on what I can improve on.
