Welcome, you are at the point that if you body is one that easily converts testosterone to estrogen you may be getting some sides but your center should be able to take care of it. Are they doing blood work every 3 months? There are some meds that can help that you center can not provide that will help with the sides. I started taking Proviron last year and it made a big difference in my life. Your TRT center will most likely prescribe HCG instead that does a similar function. They may give you an AI as well.
