    Watch and learn, or just simply hey there boys and girls

    I'm....., 39 years old 220lbs been doing bodybuilding since age 17, started at 145lbs and got to 250 by age 20, been through injuries, pushed lots of good gear where back in a day was available, been through bike, car serious accidents, gym injuries, but I keep comming back after a hafty brake. I'm a very smart individual as I naturally comprehend the mechanism of it all, however by reading your posts I can easily say I've learned few new tricks, glad to be part of this.
