    New to the site

Just introducing myself. Been lifting weights for about 8 years now. I’m 33 years old and feel like I’m gaining nothing anymore. I eat healthy, don’t drink or smoke. Try to push myself at the gym but still yields no results. My buddy has done deca durabolin just to get over a plateau and has had noticed results. I don’t plan on taking anything for an extended period of time. Just enough to help me get over this slump and start seeing more results. Not being able to gain anything is taking the fun of lifting away. Can anyone help me with this? Would deca be a good idea or no? I’m sorry for being nieave.

Deca on its own? Not recommended. Will you get some results? Sure.

You need to ignore what your buddy has done and read the wealth of information here to educate yourself before considering to go to the darkside. Take the opportunity you have to learn and you will see huge differences if you do it properly.

The other thing is it could be your nutrition or training that is holding you back..... these need to be on point before considering AAS
