Hey guys, new to the forum and excited to get deeper into it. I’m 28, 6’1”, currently at 225 lbs and working on leaning out naturally as much as I can before starting up a cycle again. I cycled on and off for about a year a couple years ago and stopped due to starting a business on the road and limited gyms and meal planning. At the end of the year of cycling I dropped down to 215 and felt great. Once I stopped I slowly topped out at 252. So now I’m down 27 lbs and getting geared up to get right again now that I’m home every day and in the gym. I went off a friends plan the last time and I could tell there was something missing. I’m looking to get more knowledge and better gear this go round. Thanks for taking to time to read this if you did! Y’all have a good night!
