Looking for a coach - contest - HGH Slin AAS
Hey guys,
27 yrs
180cm
105kg at 14% BF
6 years in the gym
I look for an experienced coach for a contest prep for August and off season bulk after that.
I already know alot about workouts, macros etc. but have no proper knowledge ablout PEDs.
After gaining mass on three 'newbie cycles' (teststerone, var) I would like to switch to stronger substances; slin, HGH, Tren etc.
I look for someone with:
1. Pro Knowlege about PEDs and cycles
2. Contest Prep
3. Offseason Bulk
4. Workout and macro Plan
5. Being from Europe is a plus (time difference)
Can you name me good coaches ?
Thanks !

He has no time for coaching new clients
just to Clarify . I coached DRroid for 12 weeks, wrote him various training programs, contest prepped his girlfriend , did her diet, did her training programming, did all the drug and supplement protocols . Then he kept changing his mind from saying he wanted to do a show to doing a bulk, then he wanted to do a mini cut . he kept asking me to write him new programs over and over .
I was in my mind thinking this guy was actually just using me to coach all his friends and thats why he needed so many different programs and changes .
All the while I find out later from my wife that this guy only sent in a one time payment of !40$ ,, for ALL of that (hours and hours of my time and programming and contest prep etc) and never made a payment again .
I dropped him as a client and told him I don't have time for someone that constantly wants me to re program programs over and over again . the deal was a 12 week one time program and I'd coach you through that one program (price is not anywhere close to 140 for this). and the deal was contest prep is an extra charge .
after all those changes and all that work and all the new programs I kept seding him cause he changed from wanting to do a show to do a bulk then a mini cut . then contest prep his girlfriend etc .. and I was only sent $140 !!
sorry I can't do that.
sometimes client and coach situations don't work out and or not a good fit . we are just not a good fit.Last edited by GearHeaded; 07-17-2019 at 10:14 AM.

That's fucked up man. You could have just said you you tried but things didn't work out. But instead you decide to come up w that excuse about a reputable member of the community?
Let me tell you how things work when you hire a coach. Among many other questions , one big one is, what is your goal? In order to make progress you need to stick to that goal. The coach will try and keep you focused on it. If you really want to go a different direction, they will usually adjust. But if you're constantly changing your mind, not sticking to the directions and routines your given, then there is only so much a coach can do and you will be dropped as a client. Find a new coach if you want, pull the same stuff, you will get the same outcome. And good luck finding one at that price that doesn't just give out cookie cutter plans and not making you pay at least half up front

Been working with GH for a few months and he has given me tons of advice and a solid program to follow at a very reasonable price.

just to note -- I had zero intention of saying anything about anything to anybody. I keep things like this to myself. it really didn't bother me, I simply let DrRoid know that I can't coach him any more and simply didn't have the time for him. theres nothing left for me to say . UNTIL he for some reason decided to make this situation somewhat public with his last comment..
either way , we worked it out privately via text. I just felt the need to defend myself over the last comment that was made about me not coaching clients anymore.
I do NOT make my living coaching people . I do it out of passion .. I make my living owning an 800+ member successful gym and working as a personal trainer and strength and nutrition coach at my gym. I do the online bodybuilding coaching and contest prep stuff out of passion for the hobby of bodybuilding. and because its based on passion I have to enjoy what I'm doing and yes I am selective with clients I work with .
if we are not a good fit , then its a win win for client and coach to part ways. theres nothing wrong with that. no hard feelings. bodybuilding is just a selfish hobby for most of us. its just for fun. both sides should be enjoying the process

You know, if someone’s a pain in the ass it shouldn’t be that hard for you to give the the wrong “advices”

I did a run with GH and made gains like never before!
The only reason I didn't continue is summer. I knew I wouldn't be able to follow the plan forward due to lack of time. Why would I waste his time!
But just wait until Fall!!!

Oh, I know it’s not. Arnold talking about giving Franco the wrong “advices” in pumping iron just sprung into my mind. I wondered if anyone else would catch it.
I feel like it would almost be irresistible to tell someone who’s being a complete dickhole that you’re going to let them in on the secret of the stars the day before contest... salt water. Drink a gallon of it the night before and you’ll be flawless the next day...

Wow... I dont know why people are hating so much here now.
I just wrote the fact that Gearheaded does not have time for coaching me anymore and I look for a new coach.
So no recommendations ? Im sure GH is not the only knowledgable coach on this planet...
About our situation:
I just changed my mind only once in May, when we realized, that I dont have enough mass for an August contest and therefore better go into offseason... GH agreed.
After the initial plan for this I barely got responses in May-June so that I was unsure if Im still his client and stopped the payment.
For example, I never got the Insulin or DNP instruction... I got a pretty heavy cycle and he told me to wait for these instructions.
So I was very polite and respected his problems in private life causing these delays.
I am not a scammer and even told him that I can fix the money problem easily if we proceed.
Moreover I dont want to blame anyone here so stop overreacting here guys, thats stupid...
GH is a cool guy and is definitely an expert for steroids . At the moment he has alot of clients and his big gym. So I can understand his lack of time... and of course we all have a private life and need quality time too.
I was a client that asked for detailled instructions and explanations how things work and for a coach that I can ask everyday which is time-consuming of course - smth like "mentoring", not only coaching.
You think playing with the health of other people is fun ?!
This just shows what a person you are i_SLAM, coming up with such a nasty idea...

I respect the way you commented here DrRoid .. yes I agree with you . theres no need to hate on anyone in this situation . as I said earlier in this thread, the client/coach relationship needs to be a win win for both people and both must enjoy the process . this is just 'bodybuilding' and we all do it for fun . its not like some serious criminal defense lawyer and his client where life hangs in the balance (though I do take the use of AAS and other PEDs and bodybuilding factors and health very serious with clients .. I just mean the 'relationship' itself does not need to be overly serious)
DrRoid was respectful, polite, and appreciative of me in all his communications with me via text and email . never once did he come across to me in a negative way.

I'm going to use this as an example of how people are different in their styles of communication .
DrRoids is a very very detailed guy (he is an engineer by trade) . even a basic email is perfectly formatted and laid out. all his client updates he sent me are done in an excel spreadsheet , even down to the fat caliber measurements of every body part, update pics aren't done in a dirty bathroom, they are done with professional lighting and a white photo back drop (these are then even made into videos showing rotation of every pose),, etc. etc..
I personally hate excel spreadsheets .. I like pen and ink and jotting shit on note pads and using highlighters. I'm old school I guess. now when me and DrRoids talk over text for nearly an hour or more and I teach him all sorts of cool shit about DNP and Insulin , etc.. I take that conversation as the actual protocol. IF I say in that conversation 10 iu of Novalin R post workout with 40 grams of carbs, then thats an actual "protocol" , lol . if I say 200mg of DNP 4 days on then 2 days off . thats an actual protocol
it was in the conversation. thats how I coach. I tell you what to take when we talk in private and thats what you should take.
but we are two totally different types of people . DrRoids probably expected me to design a professional excel spreadsheet that broke down in detail our entire conversation in text and format the whole thing to some written protocol .
now sure , I do this with the original PED protocols I write for clients, I do it with the3- 5 page diets I write, and the 5-7 page long training programs I design. they come as specific detailed written out protocols with specific details.
but thats the initial upfront work that takes me hours after spending a week going over a new clients details. once I design all your programming, its just about conversing and coaching through the process . I can't design spreadsheets and pdf protocols for every little thing we discuss.
actually I remember discussing with him how we are going to water manipulate his girlfriend for her show and shed some water weight. after having that discussion he asked if I could send him the protocol ( I was like "um, we just discussed it over text and I told you what I'm going to have her do").
my only point here , is this is just a difference in communication styles and personalty .
wither I write your diet out on a napkin over lunch one day, or email you a professional designed excel spreadsheet of the same exact diet .. all that matters is that it works.
I'm not super tech savvy , I hate excel . all my notes for the book I'm writing are hand written in note pads.
