Hey guys, name is Justin, been on here lots as a guest and gained lots of invaluable information from lots of guys on here. I decided to finally join so I could interact and say thanks to everyone who has given great information/advice.
I’m 29, and have been lifting on and off for 10 years now. The “off” part was never my choice but instead controlled by severe depression I battled for almost 9 years. I have finally overcome that and have been in the gym with a solid diet and training routine for a solid while now. I’m 194lbs at I’d say around 7% bf. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
