Grateful for the info and members on this site.
I'm 38 years old, 6'2" , 215 lbs. 15% body fat.
I took test and var last year and did it half assed..... diet was poor and I wasn't disciplined in the gym.
I'm looking to take cycle in a month or 2...... I want to do it right this time.
Any advice regarding stuff I should read/study would be greatly appreciated. Looking to educate myself on best stacks, nutrition, and training routine. There's so much info out there that it's tough to identify what is best and what I'd bull shit.
