French bodybuilder: new to this world
Hello guys (and girls),
I post for the first time here to introduce myself: I am Laura, 29, and after a huge weight loss (+40kg), I decided to turn to bodybuilding.
Indeed, I want to have the body I dreamed about for so long. By doing this, I just entered an utterly new world that makes me know myself better and helps me push my limits.
I have so much to learn guys, and I hope that you will be a great help to me toward the road of fitness.
You have to know that I am French, so do not despise: I know my english is far from perfect.

Thank you for your warm welcome.
Indeed, I have not spoken about my goals.
Since I am 180 cm tall and I weight 75kg, I 'd like to grow about 10kg of pure muscles for a start, developping mainly my thighs and shaping my abdominals (in V-shape).
I intend to grow my muscle resistance, especially my tendons, to lift heavier loads (short term goals). I want to be able to maintain the muscles I 'd have grown and stabilize my weight around 100kg (long term goals).
My current nutrition is still the one I had when I was on diet : +3 L of water plus 6 meals a day in which I eat tiny quantities and as much vegetables as glucids. In no way does it give me the energy to train properly so I have to work on that.
