    Post New to the forum

    Hello all,

    Completely new to the forum, and I’m looking forward to be a part of the community. I’m 41, and I was a boxer for just over four years- but nasty fracture is in the way of slamming heavy bags for awhile, so, back to the weights!

    Newbie !! I love this stuff !

    Hey I’m new y’all. Just wanted to say hey and I am 24 yrs old South Carolina and ready to be a sponge to my peers and friends I make on here . I hope I can know the ins and outs to this lifestyle I’m brand new . Any advice or criticism goes along way with me no offense ever taken! Thanks !
