Whats up everybody? New to the board but not new to the game. I see a few members I recognize from other forums....
Anyways, glad to be here. Ive looked around before taking the leap and I must say, this site has an abundant amount of useful info.
Currently on TRT at the ripe young age of 57. Ive done a couple tren blasts, but I mostly cruise from time to time. Been lifting for about 10 years, but 2 years ago I got in a car wreck and got T-boned from a drunk driver,....my left leg got busted up pretty bad so my squats are nonexistent. Brushed my shoulders off and kept looking forward.
6' 1", 250lbs.....oh around 14-15% BF. Working right now on shedding another 20 lbs or so. I havent figured out whether to keto, carb cycle or just plain out calorie deficit with a lot of cardio.
