New using TRT, but want to cut fast.

31yrs old,5'8, 176lbs and started TRT in December. What do you all recommend for cutting. What should I stack with it?

If anyone has suggestions on how to get rid of this fat stomach, besides the obvious diet and exercise, let me know.

Welcome to the forum, stack nothing at All! Get your TRT dialed in for at least one year before you mess about with other compounds.

Have a read in the trt section, great info help in there.

The ONLY thing that will get you there is diet, and diet alone. I made excuses for 15 years, but when I cut out all sweets and 90% of carbs (just enough so you're not in keto), this is what made the biggest difference in how I look and feel. You can throw away the steroids and the gym, because diet is all that matters.

I am 5’8 and when I was 176 I was pretty damn cut. I’m getting closer to 190 and still gaining more and more muscle.

I am on my first cycle of TRT (7 weeks going on 8), but to concur with what some of the other guys have said... sticking with Test for the first rounds seems to be the advice I get from everyone here in my city, back where I’m from, and on all the message boards I’m on as well.

Yeah. I eat a supermarket bag of Reese’s peanutbutter cups or almond joys every day. Probably half bottle of simply lemonade.

Then fried chicken or oxtails or breaded chicken cutlets or smothered pork chops or meatloaf or stewed turkey neckbones.

Then there’s the diner at 2am a few nights a week for a grilled cheese with bacon and a vanilla shake made with haagendaz.

The stomach didn’t get that way overnight. It was a process. I realized it’s going to be a process to get rid of it.

    Thanks for the advice.

Jump in the diet section and start a training log. Be accountable. As mentioned, all the steroids in the world can’t save you from yourself. It’s going to be a long road but certainly not an impossible one. Take some of the joy out of eating and start to look at it like fuel. Start treating your body like a Ferrari and not a Pinto

trouble is i sleep until noon, fuck around in the basement or garage all day, and do most of my eating after midnight while reading board messages or watching youtube videos.

its a hard cycle to break.

Being fully honest, the best way for you to go would be some diet and only diet. Your BF levels are to high. There's some stuff that yes you can take but better just go all diet and cardio basically
