Rookie/Novice, but not a Virgin

Just looking to find a way to get a chemical advantage.Had great results in the past, with Deca and Sustanon 250, but that Was 10+ years ago. The game has changed, ALOT!
My guinea pig is 40 yrs old and test has dropped dramatically the last 10 yrs. always been a little on the skinny side. Been lifting on and off since 18. This guinea pig got back in the gym 6 months ago. Biggest difference in building muscle this go round is recovery is terrible. Takes me about 3 days of rest after a hard leg day to recover. Lethargic, foggy, headaches and soreness. Don’t care about the soreness, but, lethargy and headaches make it hard to function. Strength is up and I am making gains. It’s just much more painful at this age.
