New guy, Calisthenics.
Attachment 178625Hey I’m new. Figured this would be a good source of information and direction for a fitness lifestyle. My name is Howard. I’m 5’10”, 180lbs, just started taking creatinine 5g-7g a day. And mr Hyde pre workout. Don’t really have any stats as to how much weight I’m lifting because I’ve only been able to do Calisthenics for the past 8 months.
