Joined the forum some time ago but lurked and read all I could with the plan of starting a cycle. Had a few hiccups (fractured one of my vertebrae playing rugby last year) so its been a while but I’m back and will be hopefully starting my first cycle soon (if this coronavirus lets up) so felt it was about time to introduce myself and get involved.
36 years old from the UK living in Dubai. 6’2” (197cm) and 86kgs (190lbs) with about 22% bf (was about 96kgs and 19% bf before the accident). Plan is heavy compound exercises to stack on some muscle to protect my back/core and get back into the rugby by October/November.
