Hey Everybody, Help me out!
Hey I am new on here, I am 23 years old From Chicago. I am 6,2 and 222 pounds. So I am kinda skinny fat lol So my arms are skinny legs are skinny but stomach, sides and chest are fat. Ive been tryna work out with out any steroids but just always seem to give up as I dont see any results in first like months or so. My diet is not that good also but I can stick to it if I seen results.
So here it goes: I wanna get on the my first cycle and need advice on what to use on my first cycle and what diet I should be on and what my workouts should look like (once gym reopens).
