Hi everyone. I was on here a few years back but haven’t done a cycle in about 8 years. I’m. Ow 39 and want to get back into things. Just gonna be checking things out and putting in my 2 cents when possible. Hopefully learn as much as I can from all you guys. I’m up here in the pacific Northewest just waiting for the gym to pen back up!
