    Longtime lurker finally joined

Longtime lurker checking in, finally made an account so I can post here and there. I'm 29 years old and have a few cycles under my belt. I haven't used in about 2 years after a string of bad luck injuries. I tore my achilles tendon jogging in 2018, tore my lat muscle deadlifting in early 2019 and then tore my pec in late 2019. After a pretty brutal break up and sinking into deep depression for a year I used my quarantine alone time to get back in semi shape with resistance bands and calisthenics. I can't wait to finally lift some weights again.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Yea, i'm hoping working out at home is correcting some imbalances. Luckily, gyms are yet to open where I'm at so I still have some time to prep. Injury recovery sucks.
